Maker AE is an architectural and engineering design firm, based in Washington DC, USA.

Our mission is to create worlds, and to better the current world we live in. The world you live in is both your built environment as well as your perception of your surroundings. When you perceive your surroundings as beautiful, it encourages your subconscious to do good. You feel good internally, and will do good to and for others outwardly. We at Maker AE champion this mission.

We are the makers of things. Of the many things that define our world, we dedicate ourselves to responsible design that makes a space better than how we found it. The built environment is the ultimate puzzle. We at Maker AE are puzzle solvers. When done correctly, the appropriately designed space can bring productivity, happiness, and fulfillment into the users life. We all have the ability to create and make the world we live in. When we master our environment, we are then free to solve bigger issues and advance our efforts as people in this world, born of our confidence and pride of that which surrounds us.
